We at Joe Milo's welcome you as a dealer. To be set-up as a dealer with us, we need a copy of your business check, a copy of your NEW MEXICO Non-Taxable Certificate or Tax Certificate from your state, and two trade references within the Gallup area. If you do not have your Non-Taxable Certificate on file, we will have to charge you the current New Mexico tax rate. After we have received your Non-Taxable Certificate, this charge will be refunded to you as a credit towards your next purchase. We do have information on how to apply for you NEW MEXICO Non-Taxable Certificate.
PRICE QUOTE:
We require minimum payment (your actual cost), for first time buyers. $500.00 minimum purchase would be 1/3 of retail plus 10%

Purchases following thereafter, can be for any amount you prefer. Except on accounts that have showed no activity for 6 months or more from your last purchase. These accounts will be required to meet the minimum purchases again. When shipping for the first time, buyers orders will be shipped COD for the first 6 months. If there are any items you are not satisfied with you may return them within 10 days from the date of the invoice, for credit towards your next purchase. For customers with established credit (the Personal Guaranty and Credit Application, signed and approved on file) you have ten days from the date of the invoice to send any returns back to us. Your payment on the remaining balance, including shipping charges are due within 30 days from the date printed on the invoice. NO RETURNS from prior invoices will be accepted, unless we charge you a 20% restocking fee, and the item(s) are in the same clean condition as they were when purchased.
PAYMENTS:
We accept cash, travelers checks, credit cards, and checks.
CHECKS:
We need a drivers license and a major credit card. if prior arrangements have not be made, we will ship merchandise after the check has cleard from your bank and our bank. Any unpaid balance over 60 days from date of invoice or any returned check will be charged 2% a month on the unpaid balance until paid in full. No further purchase will be made until the balance is paid in full.
CREDIT CARDS:
We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER.
SHIPPING:
We ship by UPS, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground Service, with you the customer picking up all the packing, shipping, and insurance charges. We do not ship POTTERY or KACHINA DOLLS. UPS does not guarantee these items during shipping.
REPAIRS:
We will repair jewelry if it has been damaged. You the customer will be charged for labor and the cost of new materials to repair jewelry.
Vault:
NO purses, backpacks, or heavy jackets in the wholesale vault. No children behind the counters or in the vault. An employee of JOE MILO'S will be with you at all times.

We will be closed all FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, due to the US Post Office that is in operation at our location.
